Where this policy applies

This policy covers the Teverant AI website, teverant.atsop.io, including its consultation and careers forms and the chat window in the bottom-right corner.

What we collect

• Consultation and careers forms: the name, company, request or role, contact details and message you enter, plus your IP address, language and the time of submission.
• Chat: the messages you send, the replies from the AI and our consultants, the page you were on and your language. We also receive any name and contact details you choose to leave.
• Talking to a person: when you choose this, we also record your IP address and the time.
• Visiting the site: the website is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes connection data such as your IP address to deliver content and protect the site.

How we use it

• To answer your questions, arrange for a consultant to contact you, and handle business and hiring conversations.
• To send a confirmation email if you enter an email address in the consultation form.
• To limit request rates by IP address and prevent abuse.

AI and people in the chat

• AI replies: your message, recent messages from the chat and our website content are sent to a third-party AI model service to generate a reply. A third party runs this service, and once the content reaches its servers it is handled under that party's own rules.
• Talking to a person: recent messages, the page, your language, IP address and the time are sent to our official Telegram account. Messages you send after that also go there, and a consultant replies from Telegram.
• AI replies can be wrong. Rely on a consultant to confirm important details.
• Please do not send ID documents, bank card details, passwords or other sensitive information in the chat.

Who receives it

We share information only with the providers below, which run parts of this website. Their servers may be outside your country or region.

• Cloudflare: website hosting, the chat database (Asia-Pacific region) and security.
• A third-party AI model service: generates AI replies in the chat.
• Telegram: receives form submissions and messages passed to a person; our consultants reply there.
• Google (Gmail): sends the consultation confirmation email.

How long we keep it

• Chat records: deleted automatically 365 days after the last activity.
• Form submissions and chat messages sent to Telegram: kept in our company accounts and not deleted automatically.
• Confirmation email records: only a hash of the email address is kept, and it is deleted automatically after 24 hours.
• IP records used for rate limits: cleared regularly after the limit window ends.

Cookies and browser storage

The site does not set its own cookies and does not load advertising or third-party analytics scripts. Cloudflare may set its own cookies for security.

• The chat window stores a random session ID in your browser so you can pick up an earlier conversation. The ID contains no personal information.
• It also remembers whether you have seen its prompt bubble.
• Clearing this site's data in your browser removes both.

Your choices

You can contact us to ask what we hold about you, or to correct or delete it. Please tell us roughly when you submitted the form or chatted so we can find the records.
